Outlook Bleak for Transportation Funding from the Pittsburgh Tribune Review

The Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission, a planning agency for the 10-county region surrounding Pittsburgh, said it anticipates it will receive less than $1.3 billion in federal and state money for transportation projects from 2013-16."
